The NanoKnife System
Destroy the Tumour. Preserve the Man.
Focal Irreversible Electroporation (IRE)
Many patients with prostate cancer are seeking alternatives to active surveillance and radical treatments that may impact quality of life. The NanoKnife System offers a focal therapy known as irreversible electroporation (IRE), a non-thermal technique designed to target specific areas of the prostate while aiming to preserve surrounding healthy tissue, including nerves and vital structures.
Using precisely delivered electrical pulses, the NanoKnife System ablates cancerous tissue. Its mechanism of action enables image-guided treatment planning, real-time visualisation and procedural flexibility, supporting a tailored approach based on the patient's anatomy and tumour location, offering a more tailored approach to care.
The TULSA-PRO® System
Inside-Out Prostate Tissue Ablation
MRI-Guided Transurethral Ultrasound Ablation
For selected patients with localised prostate cancer, the TULSA Procedure offers a customisable, incision-free approach designed to ablate targeted prostate tissue while aiming to preserve surrounding critical structures.
Using directional ultrasound delivered through the urethra, TULSA-PRO® provides 360-degree targeting across the prostate. Real-time MRI guidance, temperature monitoring and automated closed-loop feedback enable precise, patient-specific ablation based on the individual’s anatomy and treatment plan. The procedure is supported by peer-reviewed clinical evidence, including outcomes reported up to five years.
